LXDAO

LXDAO is a R&D-focused DAO. LX stands for "Conscience" and represents the core values of this community: doing sustainable and valuable things. The community brings builders together to build and maintain valuable Web3 projects in a sustainable manner. First, the LX builders post an idea in the community and the builders discuss it, similar to a brainstorming stage. Once the idea matures, the LX builders who are good at product management start to design the product, and the project manager proposes it (including development resources and budget). Then, there is a community vote. Upon approval, the project manager will begin assembling a team with the appropriate skills from the community. During the development process, the project manager must submit a project progress report every week.
