Prior to co-founding HeightZero, he was a Senior Trader and Portfolio Manager with Natixis Advisors, L.P. where he launched their first suite of ETFs. AJ has also held roles at Seeyond and Windhaven Investment Management, one of the first ETF Strategists. With over 13 years of experience working with a wide range of asset managers to find unique solutions for their clients, AJ is expertly positioned to lead HeightZero’s transformation of wealth management in the rapidly expanding digital asset market.

Luke Hajdukiewicz
Luke Hajdukiewicz is Head of Ecosystem at Rio Network, having previously been head of new ecosystem development at BitGo and head of sales at HeightZero. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and the Brooks School.
Luke Chen
Luke Chen is the Lead Engineer at HeightZero. Luke is a senior software engineer with deep experience building both enterprise and consumer-grade software. He has developed web, mobile, and blockchain projects across a variety of industries including FinTech, AI, insurance, telecom and healthcare. Most recently, Luke developed Everbloom.co, a decentralized exchange for crypto trading. In addition to his passion for programming languages, he is also bi-lingual, speaking both English and Mandarin. Luke’s extensive experience with blockchain products and his core values of code quality, performance, and security make him the perfect technology partner to shepherd in a new era of asset management in the digital world.
Sean Waters
Sean Waters is the Vice President, Business Development at HeightZero. Sean enjoys working in all facets of business. He began his career in medical software, later joining Fidelity Investments where he shepherded the creation and growth of a Financial Reporting function within their Stock Plan Services division. Yearning to develop another business, Sean started his own company BarFly Solutions, a mobile applications platform for bars and restaurants. With a passion for problem solving, a diverse skill set and experience in a wide range of industries, Sean is excited for the opportunity to help HeightZero transform traditional finance for the digital world.
