Katie Biber
Katie Biber is the Chief Legal Officer at Paradigm, leading the firm's legal, regulatory, compliance and policy functions. Previously, she was Chief Legal Officer of Brex, a fintech startup reimagining financial systems for growing companies. Before Brex, Katie was General Counsel of Anchorage, a digital asset bank and platform, and she has also held leadership roles as General Counsel of Thumbtack and Senior Counsel at Airbnb. Additionally, Katie serves on the boards of directors of Anchorage, Code for America and Protocol Labs. Dan Tapiero
Dan Tapiero is the CEO and Managing Partner of 10T, a global investment management firm. Prior to founding 10T, Dan was the managing partner of DTAP Capital Advisors, a global macro investment fund that he founded in 2003. He is also the co-founder of Gold Bullion International (GBI), a physical precious metals platform for the wealth management industry that expanded into the cryptocurrency universe in 2014. Additionally, he co-founded the Agricultural Company of America (AGCoA), which was one of the largest farmland REITs in the U.S. at the time of its sale in 2013. Dan has a wealth of experience as a macro-focused portfolio manager and analyst, having worked at Tiger Management, Duquesne Capital Management, Steinhardt Management Co., and SAC Capital Advisors from 1992-2012. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University, where he earned his B.A.'90 and M.A.'91 in European History. Dan has also served on the Board of Trustees of the Lawrenceville School for the past 12 years and currently leads the Investment Committee for its endowment.

Peter Wuille is a Bitcoin Core developer and the co-founder of Blockstream. He is ranked second in terms of commits to Bitcoin Core and is responsible for important improvements to Bitcoin such as BIP 66, libsecp256k1, and Segregated Witness. His programming languages include C++, C, Perl, Java, Bash, (PG)SQL, Haskell, OCaml, and PHP. He is also skilled in system administration, including Linux, Apache, PostgreSQL, and LDAP. Christian Decker
Christian Decker is the Lead Engineer at Blockstream. Christian is a Bitcoin enthusiast from the very beginning, back in 2009. He got involved in the, then small, community and starting to contribute. In 2012 he was offered a PhD Candidate position in the Distributed Computing Group at ETH Zurich. The goal of his research is to improve the understanding of the underlying consensus mechanisms and to enable the network to scale with the increasing demands. The result was the world’s first PhD dissertation about Bitcoin and the creation of a number of protocols including PeerCensus and Duplex Micropayment Channels.

Julie Muroff is senior vice president of events at Blockworks and previously served as the company's chief operating officer. She is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Business.
Phil Davis
Phil Davis is the former CFO at ConsenSys, oversee ConsenSys’ finance and accounting functions, including expanding the company’s pioneering treasury strategy. Davis joins ConsenSys from Afiniti, where he was the company’s CFO. He brings a variety of other experiences from earlier in his career, including investment banking at Goldman Sachs, strategy and corporate finance consulting at McKinsey, and advanced data science and algorithm design experience at the MIT Media Lab and MIT Lincoln Lab.
