Matt Huang
Matt Huang is co-founder and Managing Partner at Paradigm. Previously, he was a partner at Sequoia Capital, focusing on early-stage venture investments, including leading the firm's cryptocurrency efforts. Matt was the founder and CEO of Hotspots, a Y Combinator company acquired by Twitter in 2012, and was an angel investor in companies such as Bytedance and Instacart. He bought his first Bitcoin from MtGox in 2012. Matt holds a B.S. in Mathematics from MIT.

Alana Palmedo is a Partner and COO at Paradigm, leading all business functions, including operations, finance, legal, business development, and investor relations. She began her career in asset management in 2008 at Cascade Investment, LLC, the investment office for Bill & Melinda Gates. Later, she joined the investment team at the Boston University Investment Office. Alana earned her MBA from MIT Sloan and BBA from Pacific Lutheran University.

Tyler Crimm is the former Lead Engineer at Paradigm. He started his career as a software engineer at Salesforce in 2013. Prior to joining, Tyler was an engineer at AppOmni where he focused on client solutions and feature development. Charlie Noyes
Charles Noyes is quantitative researcher and works on analytics and algorithmic trading at Paradigm, formerly Pantera Capital, the first hedge and venture capital fund in the blockchain industry, as well as serving on the Investment and Management Committees for all of their funds. His focus is on market microstructure, how the attributes of different blockchains and tokens affect the capital markets they drive, and how the space will continue to develop going forward. Two of those projects went on to win the Intel (now Regeneron) International Engineering Fair. He has been invited to speak at NSA, ACM, and similar venues about the potential of blockchain technology. Before joining Pantera, Noyes was a student at MIT and entered before completing high school, during which he began his career, working on various projects building on blockchain protocols.

Andrew Huang is the founder of Conduit. He previously worked at Paradigm and is the brother of Paradigm co-founder Matt Huang. Andrew Huang graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dan Elitzer is co-founder at Nascent. Previously, Dan co-founded IDEO CoLab Ventures, a crypto-focused venture firm associated with the renowned design agency, IDEO. During that time, he also helped launch YAM Finance. Dan began his career in social enterprise and microfinance, working with both domestic social impact organizations and international development agencies. Dan earned an MBA from MIT Sloan, where he co-founded the MIT Bitcoin Club and MIT FinTech Club, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pomona College.
Theo Diamandis
Theo is pursuing an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science PhD at MIT, where he works on algorithms for and applications of mathematical optimization. These interests inevitably led to him being nerd sniped by Guillermo into working on crypto. When he’s not working on optimization solvers for DeFi-related applications, Theo can be found backpacking or skiing in the California Sierras.
