Jack Zampolin is Co-Founder of Sommelier and Founder at Strangelove. He has been working in the Cosmos ecosystem since 2018, first becoming Director of Product at Tendermint, the company that built the consensus protocol that underpins inter-blockchain communications in Cosmos. He then moved on to become VP of Product at Akash Network. Jack has been developing blockchain projects since 2017, when he joined the engineering team of Blockstack. He holds a BA from Washington and Lee University.

He has served as a data scientist and software engineer at Chanialysis, a Cosmos researcher, and a technical grant manager at the Ethereum Community Fund. Her main research areas are blockchain technology, cryptography for privacy and scalability of consensus algorithms, security in distributed and decentralized systems, and hardware, especially Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).

She is a classically trained economist, earning a degree at Harvard before pursuing her Masters in computer science. Kristi is passionate about enabling more people around the world to leverage the expertise of finance professionals while also benefiting from the transparency and self-custody that blockchains allow. She's also keen on making decentralized finance about more than just crypto - to move beyond the experimental phase of crypto-native impact towards the real world impact, bringing real-world assets onto these new financial rails.
