Prior to his work with The Chernin Group, where he also served as Deputy General Counsel for the funds at large, Dilveer was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he focused his practice on private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Dilveer has also served as a financial analyst in Citigroup’s Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions group and is currently a Lecturer in Law at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a ‘Rising Star’ each year from 2018-2021. Vahali graduated with a BA in international studies from Johns Hopkins University before receiving his JD from the USC Gould School of Law and his MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
