Joseph Eagan is co-founder of Anagram and former president of Polychain Capital. He had previously been the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development for Tiger Legatus, a long/short equity hedge fund. From 2008 to 2014, Joe was a Principal at Investcorp, working within the Hedge Fund Group's business development team, focusing primarily on Investcorp's seeding business. Before joining Investcorp, Joe managed risk arbitrage and special situations portfolios at Amber Capital and Naufal Capital, both event-driven hedge funds. Joe started his career at Bank of America in the media and telecom investment banking division, where he worked on M&A transactions and related debt and equity financings. Joe holds a BA in Political Science from Georgetown University in Washington DC.

Chase holds undergraduate degrees in mathematics and physics from MIT and a master's degree in computer science from Stanford, where he specialized in artificial intelligence. As a personal interest, Chase has climbed five of the "seven summits" including Mount Everest.
