Russell Verbeeten is an early participant in the Ethereum ecosystem and worked at ConsenSys from 2015 to 2020, covering global operations, product management, and corporate sales and delivery. Russell holds a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Toronto and a master's degree in Internet and sociology from Oxford University. Shahan Khatchadourian
Shahan Khatchadourian is PhD. Protocol engineering, co-founder of PegaSys, the ConsenSys protocol engineering group that develops next generation secure, scalable enterprise-grade blockchain platforms. Shahan is an experienced software developer and researcher with a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Toronto. Drawing on decades of startup, industry, and domain experience, Shahan focuses on bridging enterprise technology stacks, such as relational and graph databases, with blockchain paradigms including decentralization, cryptography, and virtual computing.

Jeremy Millar
Jeremy Millar is the Chief Of Staff at ConsenSys, oversees many of the Enterprise activities and strategic initiatives of the firm. He also is the Board Member at Gnosis Limited.Previously, Jeremy Millar was founder and managing partner of Ledger Partners. Jeremy began his career as one of the first Java architects at Oracle, before moving into sales management and strategy roles, both within Oracle and at a number of start-ups. He went on to complete his MBA at Oxford University before joining the M&A team at Goldman Sachs.

John Adler is the Co-Founder & Chief Research Officer at Celestia and Co-Founder & ex-CTO of Fuel. He is the creator of Optimistic Rollups and a former Scalability Fellow at ConsenSys.

Mason Nystrom
Mason is a junior partner at Pantera Capital and was previously an Investment partner at Variant and Senior Research Analyst at Messari. Before Messari, Mason worked at ConsenSys as a Content Marketer focused on marketing strategy for ConsenSys and its portfolio companies. Mason first entered the crypto industry as an Analyst at Gatecoin, the first cryptocurrency exchange to list ether, Ethereum’s native cryptocurrency. Mason obtained his Master’s in Business Management at Hong Kong Baptist University.

Zeus Chen
Zeus graduated from the University of Toronto in Canada and obtained an MBA from the University of Oxford in the UK. In the past two decades, he has worked in several global investment banks and led a number of cross-border investment and M&A businesses. In addition, he has served as an entrepreneur-in-residence at the Polkadot Blockchain Academy. In 2022, he founded the blockchain vending machine project Stealth Startup, which mainly serves the Southeast Asian market.
