Dan Tapiero
Dan Tapiero is the CEO and Managing Partner of 10T, a global investment management firm. Prior to founding 10T, Dan was the managing partner of DTAP Capital Advisors, a global macro investment fund that he founded in 2003. He is also the co-founder of Gold Bullion International (GBI), a physical precious metals platform for the wealth management industry that expanded into the cryptocurrency universe in 2014. Additionally, he co-founded the Agricultural Company of America (AGCoA), which was one of the largest farmland REITs in the U.S. at the time of its sale in 2013. Dan has a wealth of experience as a macro-focused portfolio manager and analyst, having worked at Tiger Management, Duquesne Capital Management, Steinhardt Management Co., and SAC Capital Advisors from 1992-2012. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University, where he earned his B.A.'90 and M.A.'91 in European History. Dan has also served on the Board of Trustees of the Lawrenceville School for the past 12 years and currently leads the Investment Committee for its endowment.

Ryan Silva
Ryan Silva is the Head of Trading at BlockTower Capital. Previously, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Celsius, where he led global CeFi Trading and Market Insights teams. Before entering the digital asset space, Ryan was a Portfolio Manager at KLS Diversified, a multi-billion-dollar global macro and fixed income relative value hedge fund in NYC. Ryan has extensive experience in traditional capital markets, having worked at RBS Greenwich Capital and Merrill Lynch & Co. Ryan is a CFA Charterholder, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, and is an advocate for empowering people with disabilities to participate in athletics.
Nuke Goldstein
Nuke Goldstein is Co-Founder and CTO at Celsius Network. He is building the financial system of the future on the blockchain! He has grown a staff of over 100, managing over $1.2B and $8.2B originated loans. He has designed the technological and financial infrastructure of the rapidly scaling Celsius Network. He started his career in AI and image processing, then C4I simulations, then 3D globe solutions, then P2P and geospatial interoperability, then interactive entertainment, and now crypto and blockchain.
Phil Davis
Phil Davis is the former CFO at ConsenSys, oversee ConsenSys’ finance and accounting functions, including expanding the company’s pioneering treasury strategy. Davis joins ConsenSys from Afiniti, where he was the company’s CFO. He brings a variety of other experiences from earlier in his career, including investment banking at Goldman Sachs, strategy and corporate finance consulting at McKinsey, and advanced data science and algorithm design experience at the MIT Media Lab and MIT Lincoln Lab.

Dylan Field
Dylan Field is the CEO / Co-founder of Figma, a design and prototyping platform for teams who build products together. With the support of the Thiel Fellowship, Dylan dropped out of Brown University to start Figma with his TA Evan Wallace (who became Figma’s CTO). They built Figma on the web in the hopes of tearing down the walls around the siloed design process. Dylan champions open, accessible design and believes such tooling must evolve for a cloud-based, collaborative world.
Daniel Breyer
Daniel leads consumer investing for Breyer Capital. He led and/or supports investments in portfolio companies like Headspace, Grammarly, Epic, Zumper, Citizen, and Stash. Before joining Breyer Capital, Daniel, with his brother Ted, co-founded Breyer Labs: a bootstrapped cryptocurrency fund. He also co-founded Flare (the one-stop shop for group communication) and invests in b2b opportunities focused on the future of work (ex Sana Benefits, Zen Business, Pryon). Daniel graduated magna cum laude from Brown University with a degree in History.
