Steve Guo was admitted to the University of Science and Technology of China at the age of fifteen. He earned his Ph.D. in computer science in 2005 and began his career at Intel as a software engineer and tech lead. In 2018, Steve founded Dora Network, a blockchain company focused on side-chains and interoperability. His team also developed the capability to optimize Zero-Knowledge Proof computation with GPUs. In July 2019, Steve and his team from Dora Network joined Loopring as CTO to build the first zkRollup system. In early 2022, Steve was appointed CEO of Loopring.

Daniel Wang is the founder of Taiko and Loopring. He was formerly a Google Tech Lead, co-founder and VP of Yunrang Technology, senior engineering director at JD.com, co-founder and CEO of Coinport Exchange, co-founder and VP of Hygene Online, and senior director and blockchain researcher of Zhongan Technology.
Zhuan Cheng
Zhuan Cheng was previously the CTO of MAP Protocol and also worked at NuLink. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China and a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Brecht Devos
Brecht Devos is the Co-founder & CTO at Taiko.Brecht used to work for Loopring as the Chief Architect, but over the last 12 months or so, he had been working on PSE’s zkEVM with researchers and engineers from the Ethereum Foundation and other open-source projects. Brecht leads Taiko’s Zero-Knowledge R&D team with an objective to implement all remaining EVM opcodes and to customize the zkEVM to fit Taiko’s layer 2 protocol design.
