At the SEC, Vy served as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement, where she worked on some of the agency’s first investigations involving digital assets, and as Chief Counsel of the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs, where she engaged with Congress, the Treasury Department, and other federal and state entities on capital markets policy, including the regulation of digital assets. More recently, Vy oversaw financial regulatory strategy as Deputy General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Worldcoin. She began her legal career at the law firm WilmerHale, where she counseled clients on everything from the securities laws to AML compliance.

He was previously a product lead at Airbnb, where he was responsible for driving consumer supply growth. He also held the role of co-founder and CEO of Localmind, an early location based consumer app, which was acquired by Airbnb in 2012. Earlier, he was the Head of R&D at Webmetrics and the Senior Manager of Engineering at Neustar, Inc.
